5784 Reflection & Insights for The Jewish Year 5784

The Lord gave me Isaiah 57/Psalm 84 to read yesterday for further insights to the new Jewish year (5784). As I read Isaiah 57, here’s what stands to me and confirms what the Lord has been saying lately:
God calls for us to come out of idolatry of all kinds, stop being proud, puffed up, boasting in the flesh and anything outside of Christ. God calls us to true brokenness before Him, being humble and contrite, that’s the sacrifice required of us in this season to receive God’s mercy and best lest we be destroyed.
The wicked who refuses to repent and humble themselves before God will be destroyed.
In short, it sums up like this;
To the repentant, the Lord says: “I have seen his ways, and will heal him; I will also lead him, And restore comforts to him And to his mourners. “I create the fruit of the lips: Peace, peace to him who is far off and to him who is near,” Says the Lord, “And I will heal him.”” Isaiah 57:18-19 NKJV
To the unrepentant, the Lord says: “But the wicked are like the troubled sea, When it cannot rest, Whose waters cast up mire and dirt. “There is no peace,” Says my God, “for the wicked.”” Isaiah 57:20-21 NKJV
This is not the season to be caught on the side of wickedness. Light has no fellowship with darkness, “Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you.”” II Corinthians 6:17 NKJV
There will be a clear distinction between the wheat and tares. Be encouraged if you are on the Lord’s side, for great shall be your reward. If you are not on the Lord’s side, this is your invitation to repent and get right with God. He is rich in mercy and his arms are wide open.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” I John 1:9 NKJV
The best sacrifice we can bring God is genuine brokenness and an offering of praise. “The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, A broken and a contrite heart— These, O God, You will not despise.” Psalms 51:17 NKJV
More insights I received regarding the year 5784,
God knows how to take care of your enemies and knows how to handle even your loved ones (the people that love you but sometimes/often stand in the way of God and what He is doing in your life). God is keeping your enemies at bay in this season and giving loved ones enough to bring them to their knees and faces before God instead of being in your face judging/distracting you. God is humbling everyone who doesn’t humble themselves before Him, including me and you. No one is exempted, it’s not personal. We all have a choice, either you humble yourself before God or you choose for Him to humble you. Either way, no flesh shall prevail. God will have his way. The counsel of God shall stand. His will shall be done on earth as it is in heaven.
“He will guard the feet of His saints, But the wicked shall be silent in darkness. “For by strength no man shall prevail.” I Samuel 2:9 NKJV
In this season, let people have their moments with God. Don’t try to play the savior or superhero, lest you risk standing in God’s way and will be humbled. The best you can do for people and yourself is to stay in prayer and walk in pure love. Release offenses, forgive your debtors and transgressors, pray for your enemies, pray for your loved ones, pray for yourself, and only do as instructed by God.
Don’t intervene and don’t speak too soon unless directed by God. It is key that you seek God in this season. Mind what you speak, only speak what you want to see manifest.
“You will also declare a thing, And it will be established for you; So light will shine on your ways.” Job 22:28 NKJV
Again, let people have their moments with God. Don’t try to bail them out. Let them be processed and pruned. Don’t rob anyone of the opportunity to go to God for themselves. Let them bring their sacrifices of worship, brokenness, and supplication. That is the only way God can have some people’s attention and have a real moment with them.
God is drawing all man to Himself, and occasionally He does it through pain, discomforts, inconveniences, etc. Pray for people and guard your heart. Remember not to get puffed up lest you be humbled. Be pure in heart and walk in love.
Doors are opening and doors are closing, be on your knees and face seeking God on what doors to walk through for every open door isn’t God’s door for you. Prisons have doors too, some doors lead to hell. Discern and keep doors shut that don’t need to be opened.
Speaking of prisons, God can use a prison to protect you. He will use prison to hide you and make you. The key is to track with God and obey Him at all cost.
